Your health and well-being plan is created through partnership. Through conversation and collaboration, I help clients identify the most valuable aspects of their health and make change. You chose what is right for you. I do not diagnose or treat conditions. I may suggest referrals to other providers as needed.

Making lifestyle changes requires navigating unknown territory. You may experience discomfort and have questions about navigating areas of your health. As a health coach, I am to provide support, validation and accountability during your journey.

Flexibility
We can conduct coaching sessions in-person for clients living in the metro Nashville area. I also offer phone and video sessions for clients living throughout the United States.
