Coaching is for any person considering, preparing or actively making lifestyle changes that would impact their health or well-being. With experience as an inpatient and outpatient ObGyn nurse, I also offer coaching services specific to the needs of pregnant people and those with uteruses.

The postpartum period lasts for months. Coaching can benefit parents in the early days or several weeks after delivery. This process helps parents better manage life changes that come with having a newborn like sleep, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.

As hormone levels decrease with age, people may experience perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms. These include mood changes, weight fluctuations and decreased interest in intimacy. Coaching can help you brainstorm, initiate and sustain a plan to manage the effects of hormone changes.
